In 1973 when the Battalion took over the buildings, they have been transformed into a useful suite of premises that in the past have attracted many companies visiting from the UK for there annual camps. Today it is still use for this purpose if not so often , but there are also many local groups who use are facilities on a weekly or frequent basis as well as our local companies and activities that we do together as a Battalion for recreation and leisure pursuits.

We have been very fortunate in the past to receive grants that have enabled much of the necessary work that is required to keep our buildings up to standard.

The campus contains a large hall (suitable for football and badminton, etc.), a small hall (ideal for table tennis and many other uses), a dining/small meeting room, kitchen, toilet and shower blocks, also a large field that is ideal for camping and a parking area.

The headquarters in ideally suited in the quiet country parish of St John with local amenities nearby and the coast not far away.

Our resident Warden – Mrs. Joan Street is available and takes care of our bookings as well as keeping our premises clean and tidy.
